Refund policy

At M B JEWELS, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes you might need to exchange or return a product.

Exchange/Return Policy:

Please note that no exchanges/returns will be accepted without our authorization.

• We offer a free Return within 15 days from the date of purchase.
• Any Return after 15 days and within 30 days from date of purchase will have a 10% restocking fee.
• No Return will be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase.
• We offer a free exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• Any exchange after 30 days from purchase date will have a 10% restocking fee.
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• Items must be unworn, and the tags are to be intact.
• Exchanges/Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original Invoice and reason of explanation.
• Altered or sized items and Custom Orders are not eligible for Exchange/Return.
• Customers are responsible for shipping charges associated with Exchange/Return of an item.
• Once exchange/Return item is received and inspected, upon approval from our team, either an Exchange/Refund will be issued. Please allow 14 business days for refund to process.
• Refunds will exclude any shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase.

Repair Policy:

If you beleive your item has a manufacturing defect covered by our warranty, you can ship it to us for inspection. If the defect is validated, we will repair the item for you at no cost. 

• Customer must provide a proof of purchase to initiate a repair process and a reason for repair.
• Complimentary resizing one size up or down excluding eternity bands.
• Repair costs for damages cause by mishandling, accidents, or normal wear and tear will apply. 
• The cost of repair will be determined based on the condition of item.
• Incase diamonds and gemstones that have fallen out, you can ship your it with your items for us to set it back for you.
• Replacement charges for diamonds and gemstones will apply if lost.
• Customers are responsible for shipping charges associated with Repair item.

 

Back Orders:

Back orders are automatically shipped and billed at the gold price on the date of shipment unless, you have confirmed the gold price from quotation provided for your orders and a 30% advance deposit is required for all back orders to lock the gold rate.

Minimum:

No minimum order or purchase required.
